WHY OUR MASSAGE IS DIFFERENT

Thai massage, also known as Thai yoga massage, is a traditional healing technique that originated in Thailand over 2,500 years ago. It is a unique form of bodywork that combines acupressure, assisted yoga postures, and Ayurvedic principles. During a Thai massage session, the practitioner uses their hands, thumbs, elbows, knees, and feet to apply rhythmic pressure to the recipient's body along energy lines, known as "sen," while also guiding the recipient through a series of yoga-like stretches. The goal of Thai massage is to promote the free flow of energy throughout the body, release tension, improve flexibility, and enhance overall well-being.
